Seatlock is a brand of Mesut SAYGIOĞLU, sole proprietorship, Antalya, Türkiye.
This page gives the identification information that an electronic commerce service provider in Türkiye must show under the heading “Contact” (İletişim).

2. Reseller and merchant of record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
The Paddle company is Paddle.com Market Limited, or another Paddle group company named at checkout (for example, Paddle.com Inc. for buyers in the United States). It sells licences to buyers, and handles payment, invoices, receipts and sales taxes. Paddle’s company details appear at checkout, in Paddle’s buyer terms, and on every receipt.
We do not sell to buyers seated in Türkiye. The checkout is not offered to them. If your seat is in Türkiye, please write to support@seatlocklicense.com. See clause 6.5 of the Terms of Sale.
3. Customers
We sell only to businesses. We do not sell to consumers.

| Correcting input errors | You can check and correct every entry in Paddle’s checkout before you confirm the order, or close the checkout without buying. |
| Storage of and access to the contract text | You receive PDF copies of the Terms of Sale, the Refund Policy and the Licence Agreement that apply to your order, at acceptance and by e-mail with your licence details. We keep that version for at least ten (10) years and send it to you on request. See clause 6.3 of the Terms of Sale. |

| Dispute resolution | Turkish law applies. Where Turkish law requires mediation before a court action, mediation comes first. Jurisdiction is set out in clause 29 of the Licence Agreement and clause 15 of the Terms of Sale. Because we sell only to businesses, we do not take part in consumer dispute resolution schemes. |
